Title: remove skim from url

site have this subtemplate in tgp software:

rotator/out.php?l=#POS#&u=/tp/out.php?p=70&url=#ENCODED_GAL#"

need to remove 70 % - what to do ?

if I make like this:  rotator/out.php?l=#POS#&u=/tp/out.php?url=#ENCODED_GAL# - no hits go to out !

Impossible since this code you are using IS CORRECT.

if I try to open my http://sitexxx.com/tp/out.php  - nothing happens !

opening http://sitexxx.com/tp/out.php?url=http://girls.com/gallery2/Jenny/ - nothing open too. just white screen !

Next time please do as manual says, as you can see on your index you don't have ssi_in.php included so no wonder since it was never executed that database is not formed->out.php doesn't work. Anyway problem is solved.
