Seems like zend no longer wish to support freebsd - any chance you could make
a version with ioncube instead?.

I need to discuss this with kildoozer, for long time I wanna move to IONCube now it's just matter of time :)

Great - cause the ports on freebsd is really updated to 5.3.

Looks like you are, and as I said we will discuss moving to ioncube but in whatever decision we make it won't be soon. Maybe in some future builds!
