Title: tp sending to trades when at 100% to content?

hey,

i have just had a site redesigned and now TP is acting weird.
I have category thumbs set to 100% to link but when i'm clicking on it it sends me to traders tho it should never do that.
this link i'm using is:  /tp/out.php?p=100&url=/example.shtml

and i also have the skim scheme set to 100% first click and 70% other clicks yet it sends me to trades most of the time creating a bad prod.
any ideas?
