Title: Variable Skim % by country

Maybe it's there and i have not found it it, but it would be nice to have a feature to set a different skim % for each country or group of countries, so we can decide if we want more or less traffic from country X to be sent to trades or galleries.

It's not there yet but we plan to add it!
