Hello. I am a complete newby in trade scripts and the tutorial don't explain every fearure, so that's why I would like to ask some questions here:
1- Right now I have added several sites to my trader script, but they are inactive. When will they be active? Do they other sites have to aprove my trade or I have to do something else?
2- How does the outgoing links works? I have to agree the link to the other site manually or is automatic?
Why do I have to use tp/out.php in the link?

1 - The other sites (assuming they're not your own sites) need to activate the trade.
2 - You need to preface the url with a trade setting such as /tp/out.php?p=60&url= or none of your clicks will go to a trade.
