What exactly is the [traffic URL]?
It's shown on the bottom of Settings, OUT?

It means where do you want to redirect traffic type(filtered,proxy,noimg,noref,notrade,etc)
So everytime where user clicks on thumb or toplist and you selected traffic url option on that type of traffic
it will always go to specified url.Also there is option go to content or url,where user will always go to galleries on thumbs and to specified url on toplist.
