Title: Cant modify dynamic skim

Hi
I ve had a lot of problems after moving to a new server.
Lately i discovered that i cant modify any settings regarding the dynamic skim.
I cant add new rules or modify the existing ones.
All files in TP directory are 777.
Any ideas?

Just noticed that in order to make it work i have to chmod to 777 the files in the folder /tp/data/settings

Is that OK?
