why after sending 275 the user only get 247.50?

because there is 10% transfer fee, so if U send 275 he will get 275-27.5

is that for paypal?i want to buy the script and also pay for install.how much do i need thru paypal for you to get the right amount of money?

for paypal just go in our admin and see add money link, all is written there ;)
