Title: fake updater?

Hi, one of my sites has been hacked and I am suspecting that the plague has spread to my other sites.
the reason I am asking is, there is an "update available" showing while I believe my version is up to date: Version 1.0.2 build 18 (pls confirm it)

could the hacker use fake "update available" to inject malwares by tricking us into updating? Thanks.

update available is shown because some of your tp files have been changed. so in case that any of TP files get changed because of hack or any othe reason update avilable will be shown and on clicking original files are restored.
