Title: how to block useless bots

on one of my sites is have sometimes huge amounts of noref traffic, from some odd bots, f.e. just now i have 8000 in this hour by this noref bot, i had that before from time to time, and on ATX i just blocked this IP, but how to do that in TP, and in details of noref, i dont even see a IP which is coming in trillon times and dont click, any ideas, how to get rid of that

the issue is getting worse, i get now like 20K per hour noref from a stupid IP i can´t identify, and i really need to blog that

In your shoes I would ask host to check which IP is that and block it completely via HTACCESS so it can't even open your site at all.

Go to 'noref' detailed stats (click on icon) and you'll see there most active IPs. Block'em via htaccess.
