Title: difference between TP ip blacklist and ip block from .htaccess

hi, what happens to my site/script if I use the feature of "blacklist" to block Domains : Emails  :  Webmasters' IP  :  Servers' IP  :  Name Servers? Will the ip be denied access to my site?

and what is the difference between block a suspecious ip via .htaccess and TP blacklist?

Those domains/ip's etc will not be able to signup anymore for trades on your sites.

If U block them via htaccess then they can't access your site at all
