Title: Max Outs / 60 Minutes Cap / 24 Hour Cap

Is there an ETA on when these functions will be fixed to work correctly and the script will be updated?  I am leaking hits to sites that don't deserve them and not getting enough return to sites that are productive and sending higher levels of hits.

I have the latest updates and these values are not capping anything for me.

yes, for example, I have a force of five but a max out of six, is this incorrect?
