Title: no_link
Post by: Timo on April 25, 2009, 03:10:25 AM
when i check my statistics / links i see that very much clicks come from "no_link" and when i click on the link see a further statistic with tradepartners sending that clicks.

what is this traffic about?

at the same time i have much traffic that is "redirected" in my out statistics .... probably this has something to do with eachother.

can anybody please explain that to a newby  ;-)

thanks

no_link=traffic without link= param.

does that mean all traffic that comes in from a trade partner is classified as "no_link"  ?

nolink=link stats, so on out.php?link=....it does not have any connection with incoming traffic, only with clicks or outgoing traffic.

I'm sorry to bump this old thread, but.. I might be slow her...

I added a trade between this new site I have and a old site. Today I see 600 "no_link" traffic from the old site. This no link traffic, could it be bot traffic from another trade that (on old site) I have not caught and TP is sending it as normal traffic?

Solution is very simple, you see no_link because you didn't setup link= parameter in your url. This is normal what you see.
