Title: 403 forbidden error

Hi
For some reson I get 403 forbidden error (You don't have permission to access /tp/out.php on this server.) for all free hosted galleries that uses nats encoded url. All other galleries work fine. How could this be?

It seems that the TP does not deal well with the codes provided by galleries such as "?nats=MTMxMzoyNjo0Mw,0,0,0,5712," if we withdraw,
and remain so now works http://nakedhotgals.com/tp/out.php?url=http://galleries.elitedollars.com/bannedcelebs/movies/alyssa_milano012/index.html

Just use encoding for your galleries urls.
