Title: Update Available!

everytime that I log in TP see this message "Update Available!" I do the update and next couple hours it shows again....
is that some little problem with TP about this?

solution is simple, upload tp_in.php to your root(empty file), chmod it 777 and run update. problem solved. it happens on some hosts that installer didn't add this file to root usually because root is not 777 as it's written in manual to chmod it temporarly.
