Title: problem with out links??

I see to my trade list and i see 3 or 4 links have like this links OUT http://www.site.com/?x=4275.8724.2615.4840.9996.4983.6206.6666.3656.0192.0852.9783.5903.0501.4599.4241.3952.4983.

Its not the first click out but every time i see that links i have 36 site,s in my top list but only 3 have this things
sho whats means it??
