Title: Skim Schemes

since the p= overwrites skim schemes settings i removed the p= from my urls,
and did now set everything over skim schemes, while its set on cylced 60% u realized that with latest build 12 the skim which is showing on my sites in TP admin is always 50% - hence i start to think its not working like supposed to
