Title: Defaults for specialized OUT settings

Just a thought here - it might be handy if the installation defaults for the specialized OUT settings would default to the 'recommended' values, rather that starting as all set to 'normal traffic'.

We used recommended values for optimal growth/quality, you can always fine tweak it for your needs ;)
