Title: Incoming Traffic Trackers are not working

I've tried both methods <!--#include virtual="/tp/ssi_in.php"--> and  <?php virtual("/tp/ssi_in.php")?>
my host even tried to make html parse ssi to no avail. Can someone here give me some inputs? Thanks in advance.
