Title: Network Growth Issues

I'm currently trying to use the network growth feature to grow a few of our smaller sites and secure some needed trades.

However, when I set the growth feature on one of our installs, the others never update. I've synced all our settings as well as updated all the sites, they are all 100% networked together, yet the network growth appears to be the only thing that will not sync between all of them.

We're running the most recent version and all installs show an ok status on updates and file integrity.

Any ideas what is causing this or how to resolve it?
