Title: Many files with - Wrong checksum!

After update to Version 1.0.9a build 45 [PHP 5.3] in tools->Scanner show Conclusion
100 files are out of date. Please update your script to the latest version.
2 wrong files found.
2 wrong files have renamed

Its normal? Update again does not help
