Title: script still says Update Available!

on my main page is still says.......

Version 1.0.9 build 44 - ChangeLog - Update Available! 
February 14, 2013, 14:05:50

when I click, check for update, I get this message.............You have the latest version now

what gives.......everything was fine................this morning my ssi_in.php file.....was edited by some unknown, redirecting to their mobile sites

anyway..........why does my script still say update available
