Title: tp_in.php File is missed!

I ran scanner and this came up tp_in.php File is missed!  and it is not in the tp dir where can I get this file from?

Damn support sucks on Sunday grrr once everything is worked out and traffic is coming in and no hacks I want to buy this great script When I buy it is support any better?
