Title: tradepulse not tracking traffic and out.php dont work

Tradepulse is not tracking traffic and when someone clicks on the toplist the out.php does not redirect them to the site they just see a black page for example: http://www.domain.com/tp/out.php?link=top&to=sukebelinks.com
