How to disable mod_deflate on TP?

What does TP have with mod_deflate, it is apache server related :) ?

Re-doing the question:

How to disable TP's compression (if there is an option to disable it)?

We are doing some tests here and we would like to try using mod_deflate instead of TP's compression.
