Title: way to many google bot.html hits!

Ok I know this is not what i want to be happening! in my stats I see hundreds of incoming hits and when I check I see it from google.co/bot.html and it is killing my stats! Now i checked the forum and did everything I found like meta index tag removed so the bot and spiders should not be returning! I tried the img trick in the manual that only made it worse!

How can I stop counting these hits?

well, to disallow them you can stop them with htaccess, here is how to do it: http://www.htaccess-guide.com/deny-visitors-by-referrer/
