Title: Default Skim scheme not enforced

I am not sure if this is related to the latest update and algorithm but my Default Skim Scheme is not enforced anymore, please advise.

Default skim scheme should be followed, please email me to info@scriptpulse.com your tp url, username and pwd so I can check.
