now I have links from index to niche page like this: http://domain.com/niche.shtml

If I make link like this http://domain.com/tp/out.php?url=http://domain.com/niche.shtml

Yes, this is right solution but in this case clicks to niche sites will be skimmed, if you want them 100% to niche page use this: http://domain.com/tp/out.php?p=100&url=http://domain.com/niche.shtml
