Title: Can we install TP at another location (hosting) playing around the host file on

Can we install TP at another location (hosting) playing around the host file on our PC while it is still up and working at the other facility ?
Or we can't IconCube problems, license key problems etc..

I want to install and setup everything before switching the DNS

If it causes problems, how can i do this then ?
