Title: Ioncube version update

Hi,

We have two sites running with IonCube version of TP.

The last time (like 6 months ago) we tried to update them but we got a blanc page instead of the admin page. So, we had to re-install these scripts to get them working again.
At that time I contacted you about this issue and you told me you guys would have an update for IonCube version soon.

So, can we update these scripts now? How to proceed? Should we update them with the "Update Available!" link inside the admin page?

I just don't want to get blanc pages again.

Hi, sorry if you did not notice but last couple weeks we were extra busy helping clients who got hacked. Even if it was fixed already, some clients still had issues because of bad updater.php, some other files infected etc. Also we were on small vacation.

Anyway ioncube update is ready, we are doing FINAL pre-release tests tomorrow and it should be released within couple days at MOST!

Sorry for any issues but U have my word you will not wait any longer then couple days!

Is there a particular version of Ioncube required?

It doesn't seem to be detecting Ioncube on my boxes. It's there for certain as I have Smart THumbs running etc.

If anyone faces a similar issue it's because TP requires Ioncube v4.0 or better.

Updated Ioncube and so far no problems with the TP update.

Hi,

We just tried to update through the updater but all we got was blanc pages after ran it.

So, we had to re-install the script to have it fixed.

How should we update it?

PS. please note that our script is already Ioncube version.

Server information:
PHP 5.3.5-0.dotdeb.1 with Suhosin-Patch (cli)
Zend Engine v2.3.0
ionCube PHP Loader v4.0.7

For future reference:

We upgraded ionCube PHP Loader to v4.0.10, and following some instructions from kildoozer we got it fixed.
