Title: curious about adding tp to a site in a subfolder

I am trying to install tp on my site.  mydomain.com/tube/  I want to install script for the tube site located in that folder. I got it to install correctly but when I try to go to the admin page something puts an extra  "tp" in the url.  eg   mydomain.com/tube/tp/tp/admin
any help on this?

got it installed, now its just a question of tracking.  if anyone has input it would be greatly appreciated
