Title: What are unique clicks considered within Trade Pulse?

Are unique clicks considered:

a) A single click from a unique IP address for the time interval in question. (So there can only be one unique click from each IP during the time interval)

or

b) The number of clicks from a unique IP address for only the first time it is sent IN to the site.  IOW, There can be many unique clicks depending on how many times the visitor from the IP in question clicks the first time they are sent - e.g. If they click three times the first time they are sent then the number of unique clicks is incremented by 3.  However, if they are sent again within the time interval no further clicks would count as "unique clicks."
