can someone enlighten me what this is, i mean ZERO in and 318 clicks
that sounds odd to me?

I'd say that your visitor from this IP is going straight to out.php without first coming to your main page

which is sort of not really possible?
as if he would hit out.php files on a page where i missed the in.php ?

muh i actually have those pages on galleries where i dont have tp in i think
