Title: permission error on upgrade

hello,

i need some help pls. im getting some permission error when i upgrade my TP. my current TP version is 1.0.4 build 22. php is Version 4.4.7 ... here's what the script says when i click on the upgrade link

Some files were updated with an errors.

    tp/class.Misc.php
    tp/settings.php
    tp/vtop.php

Please, change the permisions on these files to "777"


i have checked those files through shell and they're all chmodded to 777 and owned by 'nobody'.

I am getting the same error on several TP installations. And my permissions on those files are also 777...
