Title: Add sites to network

How can I join sites to network?
I opened Network => Manage menu at site A and added url, admin, pass of site B. After clicking submit I see the same page with empty table and no error messages. Can somebody help me to join sites, please...

U added wrong url probably if not email kildoozer@scriptpulse.com with login info and problem description.
