Please explain in more detail what the "Maximal anticheat modifier" and "Minimal anticheat modifier" do. Thanks  :)

It will gave trades better or worse priority based on how much of their traffic is detected as CHEATING traffic like bots etc

That part I understand, but the percentages of the two I'm not sure about.

For example if I want to tighten it up which settings would be more strict? 150 and 50, or 150 and 100.

150/50 will give much more priority to better trades, but I am advising U to stay within default values. Todays bot networks are so advanced they are impossible to detect.

Interesting, but I still don't know what the the two separate percentages do.

It's now explained in the script help boxes or in the manual either...

First percentage gives better ratio to "cleaner" trades, second percentage gives worse ratio to "potentially cheating" trades
