Title: Problem OUT.PHP

out.php the file does not seem to load. it does not redirect to partners, it redirects to my page with the pulse of the trade partner list, so I logged in, more if I'm not logged in it redirects to the login page and password of the trade.


this is the link for you guys that does not redirect to partners.
