Title: Does anyone use Redirect to URL ? and has it affected your SE positions?

I'm wanting to use the feature, but I'm concerned about google penalising me for showing different pages on my root folder on my domain, depending on the referer.

But on the other hand I want my surfers to be targeted better :)
