Title: Notcounted stats explained

My Notcounted stats show 82238 OUT and 12816 CLICKS for the last 24 hours. I am not sure what that means, could you please explain?

Basically in settings/out now you can see that count clicks from user is 5....so only first 5 clicks get counted(to balance trades prod)....all clicks after that go to notcounted (counted as notcounted clicks)
