Uploaded everything, ran the install file, and now when I try to access the admin page (index.php) it rolls me back around to the root and a 404 error.

What is up with that?

It can be htaccess rewriting issue caused by wordpress (custom rule) or something else went wrong, I would need more info(at least domain name and preferably ftp info).
