Finding Trades

a lot of the sites I see offering signups are asking 100% productivity.  Hell, my best trades send me 30% productivity.  I have looked for trades on gfy, ADX, findtrades, protect-x, where the hell are you guys finding trades that are producing 100%?

I need some help.  I have a lot of great traffic to grow my site, but I feel my time is being wasted.

Your best trader give you max 30% prod ?

That can means 3 things (imho)

1. Your site sucks big time.
2. You trade with crap site's.
3. There is someting wrong. (Config/setup)

For my self, i accepting nothing less than 150% normalwise.
